Paul DeMayo was an American bodybuilder who competed in the IFBB professional bodybuilding circuit in the 1990s. He was born on June 12, 1967, and tragically passed away on November 2, 2005, at the age of 38.
DeMayo was known for his incredible size and muscularity, and he was often referred to as a mass monster in the bodybuilding world. He stood at 5'10" (178 cm) and competed at a weight of over 250 pounds (113 kg) during his competitive career.
DeMayo won the NPC Team Universe title in 1989, which earned him his Pro Card and allowed him to compete on the professional bodybuilding stage. He went on to compete in several IFBB shows, including the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia competition.
